Appointment & Booking Policy

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your preferred date and time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee.
  • Severe weather conditions may require appointments to be rescheduled for safety and service quality.

Vehicle Condition Policy

Please remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before your appointment. Momentum Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, mold, bodily fluids, or biohazards may be subject to additional charges depending on severity.

Service Time Policy

Detailing times vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and selected services. Estimated completion times are not guaranteed, but we always aim to provide efficient, high-quality service.

Mobile Service Requirements

For mobile appointments, we require:

  • Adequate space to safely work around the vehicle
  • Access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time
  • Safe working conditions

If water or electricity access is unavailable, please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare accordingly.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand.
